If you have any question, problem, complaint or suggestion, let us know without hesitation. There are two official channels: our BanglaCodes Facebook group, and the support email. If you post in the group, we can help of course, and so can others in the community. For personal or payment-related matters, email is better. We usually try to reply within 1 working day.

Which Matter Goes Where

• Token or payment related: email support@banglacodes.com with your order number, and see the refund rules in the refund policy
• Technical problem: if you post what you were trying to do along with a screenshot, it gets resolved quickly
• Want to delete your account: just email support@banglacodes.com and it will be deleted within 7 working days
• Business proposal: email support@banglacodes.com, and write "Business" in the subject line
