Terms of Service

Introduction

By using BanglaCodes.Com, it will be assumed that you have read and accepted these terms. The service is operated by NShamimPRO (trade license TRAD/DNCC/037639/2022).

Account

• You must open an account with a valid email, and the email must be verified once
• One account per person. If you open multiple accounts to take free Tokens more than once, all of them may be closed
• The responsibility of keeping your Password secret is yours

Token and Payment

• All of BanglaCodes's services are digital and instant. As soon as a payment succeeds, the Tokens are added to the account, wherever in the country you are. Nothing is sent by courier
• If, due to a technical problem, the Tokens are not added automatically, we add them by hand within a maximum of 24 hours
• On free Models you can use up to 400,000 AI Tokens per day, and nothing is deducted from your balance for that. This daily limit does not accumulate, it starts fresh every day
• Purchased Token is yours for life
• How many Tokens a task will take depends on the Model and the size of the task. The full record of usage can be seen on the Token page
• Prices may be changed with advance notice, but this will not affect Tokens already purchased
• The refund rules are given on a separate page

What Is Not Allowed

• Building anything illegal, harmful, hateful or fraudulent
• Creating malware, spam or tools to cheat someone
• Passing off someone else's copyrighted work as your own
• Evading the system's limits, creating excessive load with automated scripts
• Reselling the service (without prior written permission)
• Using someone else's face, or a public figure's image, in a video without permission

If any of these is detected, the account may be closed temporarily or permanently.

Any site you publish or host on your own domain is covered by these same rules. Anything above may be taken down without prior notice, with no refund of money or Token. Anyone can report a site that looks wrong at banglacodes.com/report.

What your site collects from its visitors and where it goes (the Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or SMS gateway you set up, for example) is yours to tell your own visitors, as the site's owner.

Ownership of What You Create

Whatever you build, its full ownership is yours. You can download the code, take it to GitHub, use it commercially. We make no claim.

The prompts you give go to the AI Model providers to generate responses, details are in the privacy policy.

Limitations of AI

AI can make mistakes. It is your responsibility to verify the created code or information yourself before using it. Before using it for important matters (financial, health or legal), take an expert's advice.

Availability of the Service

We try to keep the service running at all times, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons. Since the free Models have their own daily limits, they may be slow during busy times.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not take responsibility for any indirect loss or loss of profit. The maximum liability will be equal to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

Third-Party Advertising

There is no third-party advertising on our site, and customer data is not given to any third party for advertising.

Changes

If the terms change, this page will be updated with the date. If there is a major change, it will also be notified by email.

Applicable Law

The prevailing law of Bangladesh applies. In case of a dispute, the courts of Dhaka will have jurisdiction.
