What We Sell

There is only one thing to buy on BanglaCodes.Com: Token packs (digital credits). With these Tokens you can run AI Models to build websites or apps. We do not ship any physical product.

Stock and Availability

Tokens are a digital product, so they are always Available (In Stock). If any pack is temporarily closed, it will be clearly marked "Unavailable" on the Pricing page.

Delivery

All of BanglaCodes's services are digital. Nothing is sent by courier, so delivery time does not depend on your address or area.

• When a payment succeeds, the Tokens are added to your account immediately. You do not have to do anything separately.
• If, due to a technical problem, the Tokens are not added automatically, we add them ourselves. In this case the maximum time is 24 hours.
• Only a refund takes time, because the money takes time to return to the bank or card. Details are below.

When You Get a Refund

You will get a full refund if any one of the following happens:

1. Money was deducted but the Tokens were not added to the account, and we could not fix it either.
2. A payment was made twice by mistake (the amount of one is refunded).
3. You have not used a single one of the purchased Tokens and you applied within 7 days of purchase.

What happens after a refund: when the last paid order is refunded, the account returns to the free plan. If those Tokens had been spent on Business or Commerce hosting, or on lifetime hosting for your own domain, and no paid order is left after the refund, that hosting stops too, because its price is exactly what went back to you. The domain is not cut off on the spot: you are emailed and given 14 days. If you bought several packs and still hold Tokens after one is refunded, your hosting is untouched. On the free plan, an app that is not edited for 60 days is moved to "deleted apps" (recoverable for a year), and publishing again needs a pack again.

When You Will Not Get a Refund

• If you have already used the purchased Tokens (we have to pay the cost of running the AI, so that is not refundable)
• Because you did not like what the AI created (the option to verify on the free plan is always open)
• If your account is closed due to your own fault or for breaking the terms

How to Apply

Email support@banglacodes.com or let us know at BanglaCodes Facebook group, and include:

• The email the account was opened with
• The Order number or the date and amount of the payment
• The problem in one or two lines

How Many Days to Get Your Money Back

After the application is accepted, the money is refunded within 7 to 10 working days. It is returned through the same method (card, bKash, bank) you paid with. The bank's or mobile banking's own process may take another day or two.

Cancellation

After placing an Order, you can cancel at any time until the payment is completed, at no charge.
