How to make a presentation, in four steps
- Decide what you will say first: The topic, how many minutes, the audience and your three or four main points. For ten minutes, eight to ten slides are plenty.
- Write it to the builder slide by slide: Say what goes on each slide, not only the topic, and the first result is usable. If you need a PowerPoint file, mention the .pptx button.
- Look through and fix: Go through the preview one slide at a time. If there is too much text, say no more than four points a slide; check facts and figures against the book.
- Download and rehearse: Download the .pptx or PDF and open it once on the computer you will present from, then rehearse out loud at least once.

The PowerPoint file and Bangla fonts
The downloaded .pptx is real text, not pictures; in PowerPoint or a similar program you can change any text, move slides or drop them. But the Bangla shows in the Bangla font of the computer you open it on, so open it once on the school or office computer first to check the letters.
Keep a PDF copy to be safe. A PDF keeps the text exactly as you saw it, even on a computer without a Bangla font. Downloading and opening files is easier on a laptop than a phone, so take the file you hand in from a computer if you can.
Making a presentation on a phone
Writing, building and viewing the slides all work in a phone browser; swipe to change slides. Publish and you get a link; send it to a teacher or classmate and they see it on their own phone.
You can also start from the chat: press the "Slides" button under the message box and write the topic; the slides run in the chat and come with a download button. For a big presentation you will change again and again, the builder is better.
Pictures on the slides, and what is still up to you
For pictures, say which slide needs a picture of what; for your own photos, give them to the builder and say where they go. Do not ask for Bangla text inside a picture, since AI pictures cannot draw Bangla letters properly; keep the words as slide text.
Giving the presentation is your job; the AI will not stand up and speak for you. For a short written version of what to say, make a presentation script, and check the slides' facts and dates against the book.
