Your First App (Builder)

How do I build my first website or app with BanglaCodes?

Give your app a name in the Builder tab, describe what you want in Bengali and hit build, and the site appears on the right. From there you keep refining it by talking to the AI, and everything is saved automatically before each change. When you are happy, the share button gives you a live link and a QR code.

Let's build a portfolio

Say you need a personal website. Here it is, step by step.

The ready-made prompt gallery, sorted by subject

Step 1: Go to the "Builder" tab and, in the big box at the top, write what you want to build:

Build me a portfolio site. At the top put my name "Nasir Uddin Shamim" and a short introduction. In the middle, space for 3 samples of my work. At the bottom, a contact form. Use dark blue and white.

Step 2: Press "Start building". The Builder opens, and the build starts on its own in a few seconds. Before that, if you like, use the "Set up before you build" card above the box: the app language, the audience, and the "Design" chip for the site's style and colours, such as bold and bright, premium dark or Deshi heritage, with a ready colour pair or two colours of your own. Pressing any of them pauses the countdown; once you have chosen, press "Send" yourself.

Step 3: The AI will first tell you in Bengali what it is doing, then the site will appear on the right: a logo in your name, a header and a footer, and in every image slot a real photo picked for what it shows (from Pexels, with the photographers named in the footer).

Step 4: Now polish it. For example:

Every time you ask, it changes. No need to worry, everything is saved automatically before each change, and you can go back to any "previous version" whenever you like.

Step 5: When it is done, press "Go live, free". The site goes live at an address in your own name (apnar-site.banglacodes.app), and the sheet that opens has "Copy link", "Send on WhatsApp" and "Tell everyone" buttons, so post it on Facebook, WhatsApp, wherever you want. To only show it without putting it live, "Share" copies a viewing link.

Two great tricks worth knowing

Plan first, build after: Above the writing box, pick "Plan" out of "Build / Plan / Ask" (on a phone, tap the chip in the row under the box). Then, instead of building straight away, the AI will show you the steps first: what sections there will be, which files are needed, what the design will look like. If you like it, press "Build it as planned", and if you do not, say what should change. On bigger apps this saves Token too, and the result comes out better.

Show a picture to explain: If you like the look of some design, copy a screenshot of it and paste it into the prompt box (or press the image icon and pick a file). The AI will look at the picture and build in that style. You can also drop in a picture of your own site's broken layout and say "fix this".

Starting from a ready made template

If you would rather not write it yourself, the app page has more than 30 ready made templates, arranged in seven groups. You can press the chips at the top to pick a group, or type a name in the search box to find one:

Pressing a template opens the Builder with the card's name above the box, and the box shows faintly which details help (your shop name and phone, say). The box is yours: write your own details and press "Send", and the card's own instructions take care of the rest. Nothing gets built until you press "Send" yourself, so browse around without worrying.

Give a name and the prompt is ready

When you make a new app, a name alone is enough to start. If the name carries a word like "shop", "menu", "accounts" or "portfolio", the Builder works out what kind of thing is needed and hands that starting instruction to the AI behind the scenes. So the box stays empty, for you: write your real details in two lines (the shop name, what you sell, your phone), then press "Send".

What happens when the build finishes

The first time your app is built, a card appears with:

And at the end of every build the AI tells you the next three steps on its own, tailored to your app. For a shop site, say: put in real photos, add a bKash number, list opening and closing hours. Just send "1" and it gets to work. Your phone, address, hours and bKash, Nagad and Rocket numbers need no AI, though: type them on the site manager's "Business and look" tab and save, and they go across the whole site with no Token spent.

What you can build

Almost anything that runs in a browser: portfolios, shop sites, wedding invitations, restaurant menus, quizzes, small games, 3D games (with three.js), calculators, accounting tools, slides, animations, SVG logos.

Beginner questions

If I type something wrong, will everything be ruined?

No. The previous state is saved automatically before every change, and right after a change you get a "go back" button. One tap restores everything.

How many things can I build?

Free accounts keep up to 100 apps. Starting a new one never loses an old one.

What if my internet dies mid-build?

Whatever was already built is saved. When the connection returns, continue from there, no starting over.

Once the site exists, changing its text, prices and pictures no longer needs the AI, and costs no Token. The whole method is in Manage your site.
