Address, opening hours and the announcement bar
What do I fill in so search can show my shop’s address and opening hours?
On the manage screen open Business & look, fill in the shop name, address, phone, Maps link, social profiles and the hours for each day, and save. Those facts go to Google separately, which is what creates the chance of your address and hours appearing in search. The same tab has the announcement bar; colours and fonts are on the Colours & logo tab, live at once.
Why this tab matters most
Your address is in the footer, the phone number is on the contact page, and the home page says open 9am to 10pm.
Google still does not know.
A person reads those lines and understands they are the shop's address and hours. A machine does not; to it they are text like any other text on the page. It has to be told separately: this is a business, here is its name, here is its address, it is open at these times on Saturday.
Filling in this tab's form does that telling for you.

What you get
A search for your shop can show the address and an "open now" line. At nine in the evening, someone searching for a sweet shop in Mirpur seeing that line or not seeing it is the difference of one order.
Two less visible benefits come with it. If it matches your Google Maps listing the two reinforce each other. And when an AI assistant looks for an answer to someone's question, clearly stated facts like these are what it finds first.
One honest note: giving the information is not a guarantee that Google shows it, since that is their decision. But without it there is no chance at all.
About the business
- Name. It works best when the visiting card, the Facebook page and this box all say the same thing.
- Address and city. The way you would tell a rickshaw driver.
- Phone. The number that actually gets answered, because search leads to direct calls.
- Email. Optional.
- Price range. ৳, ৳৳ or ৳৳৳. Search sometimes shows this too.
- Google Maps link. Find the shop in Maps, press Share, and paste the link.
Your real number on the site
The AI does not know your shop's number, so while building it puts a sample on the site: 01XXXXXXXXX, "[your phone number]", or a number that belongs to nobody. The same goes for the address and the email.
Save your real number, email and address here and every sample on the site becomes yours: in the text, on the "call" button, on the WhatsApp order button and in the email link. No AI, no Token, and on a live site it goes live at once. As with every save, the version before it is kept.
If the site shows a real-looking number that is not yours, a line under the form says "The site shows this number". If it is not yours, press Swap in my number.
The builder does the same: when a build leaves a sample number, an "Add your real phone number" card appears under the chat. Type the number and press Put it on the site.
bKash, Nagad and Rocket numbers
Right under the shop's details. Press Add a number, pick the wallet, type the number and choose Personal or Merchant, then press Save below. One number per wallet. A Rocket number has 12 digits: the mobile number and one more, and the Rocket app shows it in full.
Pages with an order form, or with prices and a WhatsApp order button, get a payment box: each number with a Copy button beside it, and a line under it saying to Send Money (a personal number) or to make a Payment (a merchant one) and write the TrxID. Below them is a box for the TrxID. A TrxID the customer writes there reaches you with the order sent from the form, or at the end of the WhatsApp order message.
A sample bKash number the AI put on the site becomes your bKash number too. A number the page already shows is not repeated in the box. If you do not want the box, untick "Payment box on order pages". No AI, no Token.
Opening hours
A tick beside each day. Ticked means open, with boxes for the opening and closing time.
Untick the day you are closed. That is published too, because being closed on Friday is a fact, not an absence of one.
Do not give the wrong times. Someone arriving at half past ten because the site said eleven is worse off than if you had said nothing.
Social media
Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok. Full https:// addresses.
These are given to Google as well, which is how your shop name and your Facebook page come to be recognised as the same business.
The WhatsApp button in the corner
With a WhatsApp number saved, a round green button sits in the bottom right corner of every page. A customer taps it and is writing to you on WhatsApp. Typing the plain number (01XXXXXXXXX) is enough; there is no link to build.
If you do not want it, untick "WhatsApp button in the corner of the site" under the social media boxes. A site that already floats a WhatsApp button of its own does not get a second one.
The announcement bar
A one-line strip across the very top of the site. Closed three days for Eid, free delivery in Dhaka today, a new number, whatever you need.
- Show it on the site brings the strip in; untick and it is gone
- What it says, up to 200 characters
- Where it goes when tapped, optional
- Background and text colour, with a preview underneath
This used to mean asking the AI to rebuild the page, which cost Token, for a sentence that changes weekly. Now you type it and press save.
Colours and fonts
A tab of its own on the manage screen, Colours & logo. Tap a colour pair and the sample underneath shows it at once; press Apply these colours and fonts and the live site changes too. No AI, no Token, and nothing to publish.
- Colours. Ten ready pairs, or Pick your own for two colours of yours. The main colour goes on the header and the buttons, the partner colour on the small touches.
- Heading font and text font. Six faces, every one with Bengali, so nothing turns into boxes.
- Back to the site's own colours and fonts. One tap undoes it if you do not like the result.
The Design button in the builder opens the same thing, and there the page itself repaints as you tap. To change the whole style instead (bold and colourful to heritage, say), press Change the whole design style at the bottom of that sheet, which restyles the site with the AI.
Some older sites cannot change colour this way, because they were built the older way. The card then says so: "To change colours on this site, restyle it once in the new design". Its button takes you to the builder to pick a design and restyle once (one AI build); after that, colours change here. Fonts change on every site right away.
Changing the logo
On the same tab, under the colours and fonts. Eighteen logos show, every one drawn in your site's colours with your shop's name: round, shield, hexagon, the name alone, and a small picture for the kind of shop (a cup, scissors, a bag, a book and so on). Tap the one you like and press Use this logo: it goes into the header, the footer and the browser-tab icon. No AI, and on a live site it goes live at once.
For a different name on the logo, type it in the box above and press Try this name. If you have a logo of your own, give the picture with Upload your own logo.
These logos follow the site's colours, so if you change the colours later the logo changes with them. On some older sites the logo's place cannot be found; the card then says so, and restyling once in the new design is the fix.
Search engines
Keep this site out of Google. Tick it while the site is unfinished, or if it is only for people you send the link to. Remember to untick it when you are done, or nobody will find the site.
Google Analytics ID and Facebook Pixel ID, if you use them. Leave them empty if they mean nothing to you; the visitor counts on the At a glance tab work regardless.
The Google verification code that Search Console gives you. Also fine to skip.
Saving
The Save button at the bottom. Nothing in this tab needs publishing; saving puts it on the live site.
Five minutes, once. After that, changing an address or an opening time means coming back here and typing over it.
