What should I do if BanglaCodes stops working or shows an error?
If every free Model shows as busy, try again in a minute or two or add your own free Key in Settings. If you have used up today's free allowance, it starts fresh the next day. A blank preview usually just needs a page refresh, and if the AI builds the wrong thing, restore an earlier version and explain it again.
The easiest way: the "Need help?" button
Every page has a "Need help?" button in the corner (inside the builder it is in the list on the left). Write the problem in your own words, like "my domain is not working" or "why did my Token go down". When you are signed in it answers from your own Token, order and domain state, and links the guide that has the detail. If the answer is not there, the "Send a message" button and email are at the bottom of that same box, and a person answers.
The problems people hit most, and how to fix them
It says "this build's estimated cost does not fit in your Token". The app has got big, or your Token for the day is nearly gone. Ask for things in small steps, remove reference files you do not need, or wait for tomorrow's free Token, or buy Token.
It says "all free Models are busy". The free Models have daily limits, and this happens at busy times. If no free Model can finish the build at all, that build runs on a premium Model (DeepSeek V4 Pro) at our expense, and if that fails too, on Gemini 3.7 Flash at our expense, up to 3 times a day (12 times in all per account), and the chat says so. If you are still stuck, try again after a minute or two, or pick a Premium Model, or put your own free Key (Google/Groq) into Settings.
"Today's free usage is finished." The daily limit on the free Models is used up, and it refills at midnight Dhaka time. Cannot wait? The card that tells you about the limit has a "Use your own free key" button. It opens Settings with the easiest way written out: press "Get key" for Google Gemini, sign in with your own Google account and press "Create API key", copy the key and put it in with "Add key". Then press "Back to where you were"; your words are still in the box, send them again and it runs at zero cost. Or pick a Premium Model.
"Running a Premium Model needs Token." That is a separate thing. Your free Model is still running, just leave it on "auto" and it will work. If you want to run Claude or GPT-5.5, buy some Token.
The email confirmation mail never arrived. Check the spam and promotions folders. If it still has not come, press "Send the mail again". If you typed the address wrong, open a new account, or send us a mail.
The AI built the wrong thing. Calmly say what you had asked for: "no, I said the list should be on the left, fix it." If it is still a mess, go back through "earlier versions" and explain it again from there.
The preview looks empty. While it builds, read the line at the top of the preview: it says which step is running. "Second attempt running" means the Model before could not do it and the next one is writing from the start; if the earlier attempt had drawn something, that stays in the preview under "The earlier attempt's page" until the new one has written as much. If the free Models cannot do it in about 3 minutes, a build the rescue covers shows "The free models could not do it, trying on a Premium model" (the rescue). Wait through this, the preview fills when the build ends.
If it is still empty after the build has ended, refresh the page. Still empty? Write in the chat "nothing is showing in the preview, check whether index.html is alright."
The answer stopped halfway. It happens now and then when you are building a big site. Write "finish the rest" and it will carry on. If the app is big, ask in small steps.
Speaking (voice) is not working. Voice works in Chrome and Edge for now. When it asks for mic permission, give it Allow. Spoke Bangla and got English nonsense? The mic listens for English at first: press the "EN" chip beside it to switch to Bangla, or on a phone use "Change voice language" in the box's + menu.
Publish is getting stuck. A free account keeps three sites live at once. If all three are live, a fourth will not go up: take one down, or buy any Token pack. If something else is blocking it, try again in a little while, and remember the share link is always working.
I published, but I cannot add a new section. The site manager only changes text and pictures already on the page; it does not create anything new. To add a news section, a score table, another page or a gallery, go back to the builder and ask in Bangla, for example "add a news section". The rule to remember: anything new goes through the builder, changing existing wording goes through the site manager.

This message has three possible causes. One, your own share for today, up to 400,000 Token, really is finished, and it starts fresh tomorrow. Two, the whole site is unusually busy that day, in which case whoever has already used the most today pauses first, so a lighter day of work usually still goes through, and trying again in an hour works either way. Three, you are running several jobs at once, and the next one will go through as soon as one finishes.
If you are in a hurry, add your own free API Key in Settings and none of our limits apply to you any more; only the key company's own free limit remains.
Something else that happens occasionally: your balance clearly shows Token, and yet it says you have too few. Before a large job we hold the likely cost aside for a few minutes, so that two jobs running together cannot spend the same Token twice. It clears itself as soon as the earlier job finishes.
If a link in an email says it has expired: the account activation link works for 48 hours and the password reset link for 1 hour. Ask for a fresh email from that same page.
Beginner questions
Something broke and I cannot even tell what.
Tell the AI exactly that: "it is not working, fix it". It usually finds the fault itself. Failing that, the go-back button is right there.
Repeating myself is not fixing it.
Change the telling: describe what you see and what you expect. "The button does nothing, it should open the form" gets the fastest fix.
