If you say "write me an application", do you get one written the proper way?
Yes. Write in Bangla who it is to, why, from which date to which, and your name, class or post. The AI writes the application in the proper order: date, recipient, subject, salutation, body and your sign-off; what you leave out stays blank. Then print it or save a PDF with the "PDF / Print" button under the answer.
Getting an application written, in three steps
- Who, why and when: The recipient's post and institution, the reason in a line, the dates from and to, and what goes at the bottom: your name, class or post, roll or ID. No Bangla keyboard? Write Bangla in English letters; the AI understands.
- The AI writes it: The six parts come in order: date, recipient, subject, salutation, body and sign-off. With no date given, today's date goes in; a name or roll you did not give stays as a blank in [ ] brackets.
- Check it and print: Check the name, roll and dates once. Then press "PDF / Print" under the answer; the application prints on a clean A4 page in Bengali fonts.
No more hunting for a sample application
The usual way: search Google for a sample, copy from someone's old exercise book, then patch sentences together to fit your own name, dates and reason. The sample's words often do not match what actually happened.
Here you write what happened in your own words, even jumbled. The AI writes an application for you from that, not a copy of a sample. To change it, say "make it a bit shorter" or "soften the reason" and it writes it again.
What to tell the AI for each kind of application
- Leave at school: to the head teacher; class, section, roll, how many days and why. Mention a doctor's note if you have one; it goes on an "enclosed" line at the end
- Leave at the office: your post, department, ID, the dates, and who will cover your work; that is the line most often left out
- Other requests to the head teacher: a testimonial, a fee waiver or a classroom fan repaired; what you want and by when
- Permission at the office: what it is for, from when to when, and when you will be back at work
- A bank or an institution: the branch or office name and your request; leave any account or ID number blank instead of typing it into the chat, and write it in by hand after printing
- A job application: the post, where you saw the circular, and your studies and experience; a CV helps, and you can make one on the CV page
The application format: six parts, always in this order
Every application looks the same. You do not need the rules by heart, because the AI lays it out in this order; just check that every part is there.
- Date: at the very top
- To: then the recipient's post, institution and address, each on its own line
- Subject: the whole request in one line, with the number and the reason, like "Application for three days of sick leave"
- Salutation: Sir or Madam
- Body: two or three paragraphs; the reason in the first sentence, then the dates and the request
- Sign-off: yours obediently, then your name, class or post, and roll or ID
Type your application in Banglish and it still comes in Bangla
No Bangla keyboard? Write Bangla in English letters, like "dorkhasto likhe dao, headmaster er kache tin diner chhuti". The AI understands and writes the whole application in Bangla script. If typing is hard, press the chat's microphone button and say it aloud; in Chrome your words turn into text. For an English application, just write "write it in English".
Printing your application or saving it as a PDF
When the application is ready, press "PDF / Print" under the answer. The answer is laid out on a clean A4 page in Bengali fonts; send it to a printer, or choose Save as PDF and keep it on your phone. On an iPhone the button opens a new tab; print from there. If the answer has lines outside the application, first write "give only the application", then print that answer.
Many schools expect a leave application in handwriting. Then copy the AI's version into your exercise book yourself, on one page, with no crossings-out. For an office, a bank or a government office a printed copy is better, and you keep a copy too.
What to check in an application before it goes in
- Name, roll, ID and dates: that what you gave is what went in; an application with the wrong roll cannot be found in the register
- The subject line: that it says both how many days and why
- The language: if heavy words come in, say "write it simply"; the reader knows how you usually write
- Blanks in [ ] brackets: fill them before printing, or write them in by hand afterwards
Questions about writing an application
How much does it cost to get an application written?

How do I print an application once it is written?

Will the AI understand if I type in English letters?
Yes. Type in Banglish, like "dorkhasto likhe dao" or "chhutir application", and the AI understands and still writes the application in Bangla script. For English, say "write it in English".
What date goes on the application?
Today's date, unless you give another. Always give the leave dates yourself, from which date to which; "as soon as possible" does not tell the reader when you need it.
Can it write a job application letter too?
Yes. Give the post, where you saw the circular, and your studies and experience. For government or bank jobs the real application usually goes through the online form in the circular, so read the circular first; this letter is then the paper copy.
Will the AI make up my name or roll number?
No. Any name, father's name, roll, ID or institution you did not give stays as a blank, never a guess. Fill the blanks before printing, or write them in by hand afterwards.
How long should an application be?
One page, with a body of two or three paragraphs. If it runs long, say "shorten it to one page"; a short application is not rude, it saves the reader time.
