Posters and banners
How do I make a poster or banner with Bengali text on it?
If the design carries Bengali words, do not use an AI image, ask the builder for a poster page. Bengali letters break inside AI generated pictures, while a poster page sets the text in a real font so every letter is perfect. Type the exact wording, state the shape, and download it as a PNG.
Two different things, do not mix them up
There are two ways to get a picture on BanglaCodes, and choosing between them is the biggest decision for a poster.

- AI image: describe it in Bangla and AI paints a picture. Great for scenes, backgrounds and patterns.
- Poster page: the builder makes a page where text sits in a real font, and it downloads as a PNG.
Where there is Bengali text, use a poster page
This is the rule worth remembering. Inside a picture that AI paints, Bengali letters cannot be written properly. Ask for Bangla inside an AI image and what comes back only looks like Bangla, but it is broken, scrambled, with joined letters fused wrongly. If your design carries the shop name, prices, a date or a phone number, an AI image will not do.
So for any poster or banner with Bengali words on it, ask the builder for a poster page. There the text sits in a real font, so every letter is perfect, and you can change the wording later whenever you want. Press the download button at the end and the whole poster comes down as a PNG image, ready for the print shop or for Facebook.
Step by step
Step 1: In the Builder tab give it a name such as "Eid poster", then press "Start building".
Step 2: Write the exact wording in Bangla, and state the shape and the colours.
Make a poster page for my shop, square shape. Deep green background with a golden border. At the top in large letters "Eid Mubarak", in the middle "20% off everything", at the bottom "Rahim Store, Mirpur 10, 017XXXXXXXX". Set the Bengali font properly and give me a button to download it as a PNG.
Step 3: Press "Send". The poster appears on the right.
Step 4: Fix it by asking in Bangla. "Make the name bigger", "make the discount line yellow", "leave some empty space at the bottom".
Step 5: Press the download button and the PNG file is saved. Now send it to print or post it.
Using both together
The prettiest results come from combining the two. Have AI paint only the background, with no words at all, for example "the silhouette of a mosque bathed in golden light, no text". Then in the poster page, ask for that image as the background with the Bengali wording on top of it. The result looks like the work of a professional designer.
Make a wide banner page in Facebook cover size. Put my uploaded photo in the background with a soft dark shade over it so the text stays readable. On the left, large Bangla text saying "New winter clothes have arrived", and below it in small text "Come and see today". Give me a way to download it as a PNG.
Tricks that make it look better
- State the shape. Square for a Facebook post, wide for a cover, and say how many inches for print.
- No more than three lines of text. On a poster, fewer words do more work.
- The most important line should be the biggest. Decide what people see first, the discount or the shop name.
- No more than three colours. Background, text, and one colour that grabs attention, that is enough.
- Say so if it is for print. Write "make it large enough for printing" and the image comes out big and sharp.
Mistakes many people make
- Asking for Bengali text inside an AI image. The letters will break, ask for a poster page.
- Not giving the wording in the prompt. Say "write something about the price" and AI invents it, so type it exactly.
- Trying to fit in everything. Address, five numbers, ten products, and now nobody reads the poster.
- Not stating the shape. Without it you may get any proportion, and Facebook then crops it.
- Not asking for a download button. Say "give me a button to download it as a PNG" right at the start.
What to do next
After downloading the poster, open it once on your own phone and check that the words are readable on a small screen. If not, go back and say "make the text bigger". Then build a GIF and a short video using the same colours and the same wording. All three together make the promotion far stronger.
Beginner questions
Will the quality be good enough for a print shop?
Yes, ask for a large, high-resolution download. Telling the printer your size beforehand is safest.
Does Bangla text break in the image?
No, the Bangla stays crisp. If anything looks off, say so and the lettering is changed.
Do I rebuild it for every weekly offer?
No, "change the price" on the same poster makes the new version. The design is built once.
