How do I make an admission poster and an admission form on my phone?
Write the institution's name, which class or department is admitting, the session, the last date and the contact in Bangla. The admission poster and banner come out in real Bengali fonts and download to your phone as a PNG. A paper admission form is written in the chat and printed on an A4 page. Three steps to an admission poster
- Write the admission news: Which class or department, which session, the last date to apply, the admission test day if there is one, and office hours. For a fee, type the figure yourself.
- Look at it as a parent would: When the poster appears, ask what a parent understands in three seconds. Then say: "make admission open bigger", "make the last date red".
- Download and put it everywhere: Download the PNG, pin it on the institution's Facebook page, send it to parents' WhatsApp groups, and give the gate banner to a press.
Have the admission poster ready before the season
Schools and madrasas start the year in January, so parents start looking in November. After the SSC and HSC results comes a second wave for colleges and coaching centres. The institution whose admission poster is seen first gets the first calls.

What parents look for on an admission poster
- Which class or department. "Play to Class 9", "Hifz department", "Class 11, science and humanities". A bare "admission open" does not tell a parent whether their child's class is included.
- Session and last date. "Academic year 2027", "forms available until 15 December". Without a date people think later will do.
- Admission test or lottery. If there is one, the day, time and where results will be posted.
- Which papers to bring. Birth registration certificate, photos, the last class's marksheet or transfer certificate. One line saves parents a second trip.
- Real advantages only. A school bus, boarding, a separate girls' section. For pass rates or results, type them from your own records; the builder will not invent a figure you did not give.
School, madrasa and coaching admission posters differ
Kindergarten and school. Bright and cheerful: blue, yellow, green. For Play and Nursery, give the admission age by your own rule in one line; it is the question parents ask most.
Madrasa. Make the department large (Hifz, Nazera, Kitab or Dakhil); residential or not, and any boarding cost typed by you. Green and white suit it.
Coaching centre. Batch times and subjects are the heart of it. A date like "new batch starts 5 January" speeds up enrolment. The coaching site and the rest are on the coaching centre page.
Sizes for admission banners, posters and leaflets
- Facebook post: square 1:1, the right shape for sharing in parents' groups.
- Story and WhatsApp status: tall 9:16; in the week before the last date, post it again with "only 3 days left".
- Notice boards and shop walls: A4 or A3 for printing, upright.

Admission form design: a one-page form for printing

A good admission form has the institution's name and address at the top, a photo box in the right corner, the pupil's name in Bangla and English (as on the birth registration), date of birth, parents' names, guardian's mobile, address, previous institution, the guardian's signature, and an "office use only" box at the bottom: roll, class, admission date.

So parents can apply from home, you can build the institution a website with a notice board, admission rules and an application form. Building it and going live at a banglacodes.app address is free, but a free site's form does not store applications; they arrive as WhatsApp messages instead.
