How do I design a visiting card on my phone, with my name in Bangla?

Three steps to a visiting card on your phone

  1. Write the details and the size: Type everything the card will carry, spelling included, and start with "3.5 x 2 inches". Without a size the chat draws at poster size.
  2. Ask for the front, then the back: Front first. When you like it, say in the same chat "now the back, same colours and font". Two separate PNGs download.
  3. Take the PNGs to a press: Download both pictures and give them to a press, saying which card stock and how many. Before the full run, hold a sample card and check the numbers.

Stop sitting in front of the press computer for a visiting card

What to put on a visiting card, and what to leave off

A small card has little room, so four things are enough: name, title or trade, one phone number and the address. The name largest, then the business, and the number big enough for an older person to read without glasses. Bengali set too small blurs its headline stroke and vowel signs, so cut lines rather than shrinking letters.

Three numbers, two emails, Facebook and YouTube on one side crowd the card and nobody remembers any of it. Move extras to the back. If you want both languages, put Bangla on one side and English on the other; do not set every line twice side by side.

A QR code on the back: customers reach your site in one scan

Many people leave the back blank, yet it is the best place for the most useful thing: a QR code that opens your shop's site, product list or menu when a phone camera points at it. You can make that site here and publish it free; see the free website page.

Once it is live, the site manager's first screen has a QR download button beside the live link, with no AI or Token needed. Add the QR picture to the chat and ask for it in the middle of the back. If it does not sit right, ask for an empty square there and give the QR file to the press to place. Scan the proof with your own phone before printing.

Visiting card backgrounds and logos

The plainer the background, the clearer the words. One deep colour with white, or a white card with one coloured border, is enough. Text set over a photo often cannot be read once printed. If you want a patterned background, say "put a light panel behind the text".
