Office letterhead and prescription pad design
Design an office letterhead, a doctor's prescription pad or an envelope in Bangla, at A4 or A5. Name, address and logo in clean fonts; take the PNG to a press.

Can I design an office letterhead or a doctor's prescription pad in Bangla, on my phone?
Yes. In the chat, write the organisation's or doctor's name, title, address and phone exactly, and say A4 or A5. Three steps to a pad design
- Write the name, titles and address exactly: Type everything the pad will carry yourself, spelling included. Add the size: A4 for office letters, usually A5 for prescriptions.
- Look at the pad and adjust: The pad appears in the chat. Say what to change: "name a little bigger", "move the phone number down", "add a faint logo in the middle like a watermark".
- Download the PNG and take it to a press: Press the download button. Give the file to a press and say which paper and how many; look at a sample copy before the full run.
No more sitting at the press for a pad design
A new office, chamber or institution needs its pad in the first week. At the press someone types the name on their computer, and correcting Bengali spellings takes two or three trips. Many presses' old Bengali fonts break conjuncts, and "clinic" turns into something strange.
Here you make the pad yourself on your phone and check the spelling yourself. The words are set in a real Bengali font, so the press gets a finished file and only has to print it. Need a change? One line gets a new version.
What goes on an office letterhead
- At the top: the organisation's name largest, the logo beside or above it, and a short line on what it does, like "importers and suppliers".
- At the foot or side: address, phone, email and website, on one or two lines. Write the website in full, like aiinbangla.com.
- Reference and date: for official letters, ask for a blank line for "Ref:" at the top left and "Date:" at the right.
- Blank middle: a pad is for writing letters, so keep the middle white. For a watermark-style logo, ask for a very faint colour so the writing stays easy to read.
- Colour: one or two, from the logo. Office pads get photocopied in black and white, so do not write the name in pale yellow or pale green; it vanishes in a copy.
What goes on a doctor's prescription pad
- The doctor's name and degrees: exactly as on the certificates: MBBS, BCS (Health), FCPS, the speciality. Workplace and post, if any, on a separate line.
- Registration number: to show the BMDC registration number on the pad, type it yourself; the AI never puts in a number of its own.
- Chamber and hours: the chamber's name and address, the days and hours, the day it is closed, and a phone number for serials. With more than one chamber, two boxes side by side at the foot.
- The patient box: one line at the top for name, age, sex and date. Then a narrow column on the left for complaints, examinations and test results, and a large space on the right for medicines, with the Rx sign.
- At the foot: a line for "next visit" and, if needed, a one-line note like "please bring your old prescription".
Pad sizes: A4 or A5, and envelope sizes
For office letters, quotations and certificates, A4 (210 x 297 mm), because it files and photocopies easily. Most doctors take A5 (148 x 210 mm) for prescriptions, easier to hold and to keep in a patient's bag. Say the size when you write: "A4 upright" or "A5 upright".
The usual envelope sizes: DL (110 x 220 mm), the long envelope for A4 folded in three; C5 (162 x 229) for A4 folded once; and C4 (229 x 324) for A4 unfolded. Ask your press which envelopes it stocks and write that size. On an envelope, the name and address go in the left corner, with the middle left empty for the recipient.
What to tell the press before printing the pad
- Paper: pad paper is usually offset or bond; ask the press which one does not let pen ink spread. Very thin paper for prescriptions shows the writing through on the back.
- How many sheets a pad: pads are bound from a set number of sheets; agree the number and the binding with the press.
- Margins: printing machines often cannot print to the very edge of the paper. Say "leave space all round" when you write, and no name or number gets cut off.
- A sample copy: before printing them all, hold one copy and check the name, degrees and numbers letter by letter.
- Price: printing costs vary by press and paper, so ask one or two presses. The design is free here.
A pad for letters typed on a computer too
Not every letter is handwritten. Put the downloaded pad picture as the page background in Word or Google Docs and you can type between the name at the top and the address at the foot, then save it as a PDF and email it. For this, ask for a version of the pad with the middle completely white, no lines.

Will I get the pad design as a PNG file?
Yes. The pad shows in the chat and the download button saves it as a PNG picture. Give that file to the press, or set it behind a letter on your computer.
What goes on a prescription pad?
The doctor's name, degrees and speciality, the chamber address, visiting hours, a phone for serials, a box for the patient's name, age and date, space for medicines and a line for the next visit. For a registration number, type it yourself.
Will the AI write prescriptions?
No. Only the pad's design is made here, with blank boxes. Writing medicines, diagnosing or giving treatment advice is the doctor's work, and this chat will not do it.
