Business Hosting: Site Inbox, Blog and Orders
Can my site receive orders or messages from visitors directly?
Yes. With hosting on your own domain (a one-time 6,999 BDT) the forms really work: orders, bookings and messages land in the site dashboard inbox, with email alerts, up to 25 a day. Business (a one-time 14,499 BDT) takes 100 a day and adds a blog and new pages, header/footer code and backups, 6,999 BDT included. Commerce (23,999 BDT): 500 submissions a day, buyer SMS and a courier order file.
Orders from your site's form, straight to you
However beautiful a free share-link site looks, anything a visitor types into a form goes nowhere, because a static site has no server of its own. Hosting on your own domain removes exactly that wall: your site's forms now submit to our servers, you read them in a dashboard, and email tells you the moment one arrives. Lifetime domain hosting (a one-time 6,999 BDT) gives 25 submissions and 5 email alerts a day; Business and Commerce raise those limits and add a blog, your own code, SMS and a courier file.

What you get
Lifetime domain hosting, a one-time 6,999 BDT: the site inbox and email alerts start here, with 25 submissions and 5 emails a day, and up to 15 dashboard pages and posts; turn on "Order alerts on this phone" at the top of the inbox and the same submissions alert your phone too, on all three plans. Custom code, SMS and the courier file are not at this level.
Business, a one-time 14,499 BDT (per site):
- The site inbox, at a bigger size: the inbox itself starts with lifetime hosting; Business only raises the ceiling. Orders, bookings and messages from your forms land in the dashboard, organised with new/seen/done statuses, with email alerts (the first 10 submissions a day are emailed, 30 on Commerce; the rest still land in the inbox, they just do not each send a separate mail). Up to 100 submissions a day, and you are emailed when you hit that limit.
- Blog and new pages: write pages from the dashboard (like blog/first-post) and they are live the moment you save, no AI rebuild needed. Up to 50 pages.
- Header and footer code: your own code at the top and bottom of every page, like an announcement banner or a Messenger chat widget.
- Lifetime domain hosting included: the 6,999 BDT fee is part of the price, never paid on top.
- Backups: the site and the inbox in one JSON download (the newest 2,000 submissions), submissions as a separate CSV (the newest 1,000).
- Overview numbers: the site dashboard opens on a 30-day chart of new visitors and submissions, so you can see whether the shop is moving. That chart is on every plan, though.
Commerce, a one-time 23,999 BDT: everything in Business, plus 500 submissions a day, 200 pages, SMS to the buyer, a courier order file, and an automatic thank-you email to the customer in your own words whenever the form carries an email address. Upgrading from Business charges only the difference.

How to switch it on
- Publish the app (see the Publish guide).
- In the builder, press the Manage site chip above the message box, and the site's manage page opens.
- Press Activate on the plan's card. Pay by bKash, Nagad or card, or from your balance if it holds enough Token; there is no need to buy Token first.
- To wire a form, tell the AI: "Give the contact form the data-bc-form attribute." That is all.

Cart and checkout, the WooCommerce shape
Ask for it in plain words: "Build me a checkout page with a cart and cash on delivery." What you get:
- Cart review: what they picked, how many, each line's price, all in one place, with quantity up and down.
- Customer details: name, mobile and full address are required; district and email are optional. Most buyers in Bangladesh have no email address, so it is never made compulsory.
- Delivery charge: different inside and outside Dhaka, with the total updating as they choose.
- Payment: cash on delivery is preselected. If you save your own gateway's payment link in the site dashboard, a "pay online" button appears too.
We add the total up ourselves. We do not trust the total the page sends; we re-add it from each item's price and quantity on the server, and if the two disagree we write what the page claimed beside it. One thing to be plain about, though: each item's price comes from the buyer's browser. We hold no price list for your shop, so if somebody opens their browser tools and edits a single item's price, we cannot tell. We catch a total that does not add up, and when a figure is unreadable altogether we flag the order and keep it out of the courier file. So give the price a glance before you ship a large order.

SMS to the buyer
A cash-on-delivery customer rarely has email, but always has a mobile. So on Commerce an order can trigger SMS both ways: "got your order" to the buyer, and "new order 7,970 BDT, Sabina 01812345678" to you.
The SMS is sent from your own gateway account, not ours. The reason is simple: in Bangladesh a business sender ID (masking) is registered with BTRC individually, against your trade licence and NID. It has to be in your name; it cannot be in ours.
Buyer SMS is capped at 200 a day and 30 an hour; past that, orders still land in the inbox, only the buyer's text is skipped, and you get an email. This protects your SMS balance: the form is public, so anyone could place fake orders to send texts on your account. If you see odd orders from unknown numbers, switch buyer SMS off from the Code tab for a while.
To switch it on:
- Open an account at BulkSMSBD, Alpha SMS or BulkSMS Dhaka and put money in it.
- In the site dashboard's Code tab, pick your gateway and the link template fills itself in.
- Replace API_KEY and SENDER_ID with your own. Keep the "{phone}" and "{message}" placeholders, which is where the number and the text go.
- Press Send a test SMS and look at your own phone.
Do not skip that test button. Almost every Bangladeshi gateway replies "fine" even when the balance is empty or the sender ID is disabled. We read each gateway's answer separately so we can catch things like "no balance", but watching the message arrive on your own handset is the only proof that settles it.
What it costs: Bengali text is Unicode, so 70 characters count as one SMS (160 in English). A long Bengali message is really a 2 or 3 SMS bill. We show you the count as you type it.
MIM SMS will not work here; they require the server's IP to be whitelisted in advance and ours changes.

Sending orders to a courier
You do not have to retype orders one by one into the courier's site. Download the file from the site dashboard's Backup tab and bulk upload it in their panel.
- Steadfast: they take the whole address as plain text, no area code needed, so the file uploads as it comes. Cash-on-delivery rows carry the amount to collect; already-paid ones carry zero, otherwise the customer would be charged twice.
- Pathao: their sheet needs the city and zone cells to match their own list exactly. A Bengali form has no such picker, so you fill those two columns and we fill everything else. When the address says Dhaka, we put the city in for you.
- RedX: not yet. They need a numeric area code on every order, and a name will not do.
Any order missing a phone or an address stays out of the file, because nobody could deliver it. We also tell you how many were left out, so you never ship four parcels for five orders.
One file holds up to 1,000 orders, oldest first, because the customer who has waited longest is the one whose parcel should go first. If more are waiting, the screen says how many: send these, mark them done in the inbox, and the next download picks up the rest. The submissions CSV also holds 1,000 per file, newest first there.
Whatever the form's fields are called, we find the name, mobile and address: a Bengali label or an English one like "Mobile No.", and when neither matches, by the shape of what was typed (eleven digits starting 01 is a mobile).
Beginner questions
Where does form data live?
On our servers, visible only from your account. You can download it as CSV any time.
What happens past the daily limit?
The form politely says today's quota is done; it reopens the next day. For a busy shop, Commerce's 500 is the right size.
Do forms work on the free share link?
Once the hosting is paid for, forms run on the published site (apnar-site.banglacodes.app and your own domain). The /p/ share link is for previews.
Once the plan is on, Manage your site walks through where the inbox, the pages and the blog are, and New pages and blog posts covers writing one.
