Can I make a wedding invitation card online and send it to everyone as a link?

Three steps to a wedding invitation page
- Write the names and the events: The couple's names, and each event's date, weekday, time and the venue's full address. What you do not write, the AI will not invent: no made-up time or event.
- Check it: When the page appears, check every name and the weekday beside each date, and press each map link once. To change the colours, design or wording, say so in Bangla.
- Publish and send the link: Publish the page at your own address in one press, free. Then send the link to family and friends on WhatsApp and Messenger.
What a printed wedding card cannot do, the invitation page can
A printed wedding card means looking at samples in a card shop, correcting the spelling, then delivering house to house. Cards do not reach far-off relatives and friends abroad in time, and if the time or venue changes after printing, every card is wasted.
An invitation page is a link that reaches everyone in one message. Open it and there are the couple's names, each event's date, time and venue, and directions on Google Maps in one press. Change something and everyone sees the new version at the same link; nothing to send again.
What the wedding invitation page will have
- The bride's and groom's names large at the top, and both families' names if you give them
- Gaye holud, akd, the wedding and the bou-bhat or walima, whichever you name, each on its own card: date, time, venue name and address
- A Google Maps link with each venue, which shows the way on a guest's phone in one press
- A countdown to the first event, in days and hours
- An RSVP form: guests send their name, mobile number and how many are coming
- Warm invitation wording in the respectful form, laid out for a phone screen
What to write on a wedding card: from Bismillah to the meal
Card wording has a familiar order, and keeping to it keeps the elders happy too. A Muslim family's card starts with "Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim"; on a Hindu family's card many write "Sri Sri Prajapataye Namah". Then two lines of invitation, like "we request your presence and your prayers, with your family, at our eldest daughter's wedding".
Next the bride's and groom's names with their parents' names, like "Groom: Tanvir Ahmed, son of Abdul Karim". Check the spelling of each name with the family, and whether anyone's name needs "Marhum" or "Marhuma" before it; that is the mistake everyone notices first.
Last, each event's date, weekday and time, and when the meal is served: "Meal: from 1 pm". At the bottom, under "with regards" or "invited by", the names of those inviting. Write all of this yourself; the AI arranges the invitation wording but never invents a name, date or time.
How a guest's RSVP reaches the wedding house
On a page published free, a guest's RSVP goes to your WhatsApp as a message with their name and how many are coming. So give the number you want replies on with the country code, or the button will not open the chat properly. Every reply sits in one chat, easy to count.
With lifetime hosting on a domain you bought (6,999 BDT once) or a plan, replies land in the site inbox as a list with names, numbers and head counts: up to 25 a day on lifetime hosting, more on a plan. If the page was built before the hosting, tell the builder "make the RSVP form a site form". For most families, WhatsApp is plenty.
Sending the wedding invitation link on WhatsApp and Messenger
Send a bare link and many people will not open it, taking it for an ad. Add two lines, like "you are invited to our daughter's wedding; the date and address are in the link". Post it once in the family WhatsApp group and it reaches many at once.

How much a wedding card costs

Printed cards come from a card shop; the price depends on the paper, the design and how many you print, so look at samples in a few shops and ask. We do not print cards. You can do both: printed cards for the elders, the invitation link for everyone else.

What should a wedding card say?
The opening line your family uses, like Bismillah; two lines of invitation; the couple's names with their parents' names; each event's date, weekday, time and address; when the meal is served; and at the bottom, who is inviting.
Do the holud, the wedding and the reception need separate cards?
No. One page holds each event on its own card, with its own date, time, venue and map. If not every guest is invited to every event, you can also make a separate page for each.
Where will I see who is coming?
On a page published free, replies come to your WhatsApp as messages. With lifetime hosting on your own domain or a plan, the RSVP form becomes a site form and replies collect in the site inbox as a list.
If the date or venue changes, do I send a new card?
No. Change the words on the page and save, and everyone sees the new version at the same link. Still, message the people who already looked, saying the time has changed.
Can I make a picture of the invitation card to send on WhatsApp?
Yes, in the chat. Give it the card's words and ask it to "make a cover with this text", tall for a phone. The words are set in a real Bengali font, a download button appears, and it does not count against the day's pictures.
Will the Bengali names break on the card?
No. The page's words are set in a real Bengali font, not drawn like a picture, so the conjuncts stay whole. Still, read the spelling of each name once before you send it.
