Class routines for schools, madrasas and coaching centres

A school usually runs Saturday to Thursday with a routine per class and section. A madrasa has its own sections, such as Nurani, Nazera and Hifz, and often divides the day around prayer times; write those breaks in. A coaching centre has batches, not periods: which batch on which day, when, with which teacher.

Whichever it is, give the builder two or three classes first rather than the whole school. Once the frame is right, say "add the other classes the same way", and there will be fewer mistakes.

Matching teachers' times is your job

The app lays out the routine you give; it does not work out a whole school's timetable by itself. If a teacher lands in two classes in the same period, it will not catch that, so check each teacher's week separately while drawing it on paper.
