An application or email in English, in three steps
- Say it in Bengali: Who you are writing to, why, which dates, and what you want in the end. Say whether it is an email or a paper application.
- English text and Bengali meaning: A subject line, three paragraphs and a courteous close. Below them, the Bengali meaning of each paragraph, and two lines on why certain words were chosen.
- Check it and send it yourself: Fill in the name, date and any [ ] blanks. For an email, copy it into Gmail and send; for paper, print it on an A4 page with the "PDF / Print" button under the answer.
What happens when you try to write English letters
You can read English, but writing it you stop at the first line. Google Translate gives English that obviously is a translation; copying a sample book gives language from twenty years ago, "I beg most respectfully to state", which nobody writes in an office now.
Here you say it in Bengali, your own way. The AI writes it in today's polite English and gives the Bengali meaning of each paragraph, so you never send something you did not understand.
Rules for an English application: the six parts on paper
- Date: at the very top, like 27 September 2026
- To: the recipient's title, organisation and address on separate lines; for example The Headmaster, then the school's name
- Subject: the whole request in one line, like Application for three days' leave
- Salutation: Sir or Madam; if you know the name, Dear Mr or Ms and the surname
- Body: two or three paragraphs; the reason in the first sentence, then the dates, then the request
- Closing: Yours obediently at school, Yours sincerely at work; then name, class or post, roll or ID
Rules for an English email: subject, first two lines, sign-off
- Subject: five to eight specific words, like Delivery of order 214 delayed to 5 October; a bare Request does not get opened
- First two lines: the real point or request goes here; hidden at the end, it is never read
- Length: 150 to 200 words in short paragraphs; several tasks become a numbered list
- Avoid: Thanks in advance, rows of exclamation marks, and whole sentences in capitals
- At the end: name, title and a contact number; the next step and by when, in one line
Paper letter or email? Say so first
The button opens the chat with the English letters and emails card on, and the card assumes an email. For a paper application to a school or office, say in your first message "I will hand it in on paper, give it in application format". If it still comes as an email, write in the next message "arrange it as an application with Date, To and Subject".

What to tell the AI for each English letter
- School leave application: class, section, roll, from which date to which, and the reason
- Leave or permission at work: title, department, dates, and who covers your work
- To a client or buyer: order number, the problem, the new date, and what you are doing about it
- To a professor or university abroad: your subject, your results, which of their work you read; one clear question

Check the English before you send it
Read the Bengali meaning and make sure it says what you meant, especially dates, amounts and order numbers. The AI cannot send email and never enters your mailbox: copy it and send it from your own Gmail. What are the rules for writing an application in English?

What are the rules for writing an email in English?
A specific subject of five to eight words, the real request in the first two lines, 150 to 200 words in short paragraphs, and your name and contact at the end. Keep one subject per email.
Will the AI send the email for me?
No. The AI only writes the text and never enters your mail account. Copy it into Gmail or whichever mail you use and send it yourself.
Does writing an English letter cost money?

Is it safe to send if I do not know English well?

Does it understand Bengali typed in English letters?
Yes. Even "boss ke english e mail likhe dao, kal office aste parbo na" gets understood and turned into an English email, with the meaning given in Bengali script.
